COVID–19 Survey for Residential Services

We are working with Queensland Health and Supported Accommodation Providers Association (SAPA) on a Rapid Response Plan for a COVID-19 outbreak within a residential service.

The purpose of the Rapid Response Plan is to help you to continue to operate your service safely, assure the safety of your residents, and coordinate medical and emergency services if an outbreak of COVID-19 occurs.

To develop the plan, we need some information about your service:

  • where it is located
  • what facilities it has
  • number and types of staff
  • your resident cohorts and any vulnerabilities they have (such as disabilities or behavioural issues)
  • NDIS supports or other government funding you receive
  • any disaster management plans you have in place
